I am able to offer different packages to suit your needs. Whether you are looking for workshops, a one off 1:1 coaching session or a block of sessions, I have something to suit everyone. As a Devon Carers Carer Friendly Devon business I am able to offer special packages for unpaid carers. I am also able to offer wellbeing sessions to businesses and organisations to support your employees or volunteers, and exam wellbeing support for anyone about to take exams.

This could involve shorter sessions to fit around your caring responsibilities or coaching over text/WhatsApp or email. Pricing will depend on the coaching method chosen.

Exams can be a stressful time so I am pleased to be able to offer support to those who are studying towards exams. These sessions will help with revision and generally keeping your cool in the run up to and during exams.
