What makes you different?
My Wellbeing Coaching is grounded in my belief that small changes can make a big difference in your life and that you don’t need to spend hours meditating, exercising or pursuing a hobby for it to help you feel calm, centred and more like you.
Through the use of gentle questions, visualisations, mindfulness and realistic goal setting, we will work together to find the small habits you can easily add into your day. I’ll support you through all the ups and downs that developing new habits brings and if you don’t quite meet your goal - we’ll adjust until it works for you. No pressure, no guilt, just gentle accountability and a listening ear.
What services do you offer?
I offer a variety of services, from support to teens taking exams to discounted rates for unpaid carers and group coaching and workshops, I pride myself on delivering support in a way that works for you. Check out my full range of services here.
I am always happy to discuss your needs so if you have any questions or if you can’t see exactly what you are looking for get in touch.
What can I expect?
We all know the importance of looking after our wellbeing, but it can feel difficult to do when we have lots of other competing demands on our time. My Coaching will help you to think about what really fills your cup and how you can add this to your day, without stress and without guilt. I am passionate about supporting people in a way that works for them. No one-size-fits-all approach, no unachievable goals and definitely no feeling bad if you didn’t quite manage to meet them. Just a compassionate, empathetic space where you can explore, experiment and find what works for you.
Where do you work?
I strongly believe in the power of nature connection to help us feel grounded and relaxed so try to work outside as much as possible.
We are spoilt for choice in the South Hams, from walks along the river Dart, a wander on the beach or just sitting in a quite space listening to the birds. The only difficulty is choosing where to meet!
If you don’t live in the South Hams, please don’t worry - I am happy to meet online and we’ll weave in some nature connection.
