About me
Hi, I’m Gemma, a Wellbeing Coach and Educator, who understands that life is messy and sometimes wellbeing is about those tiny acts of self care we can do, such as a deep breath every now and again, or a quick five minute movement break, rather than taking a big ‘all or nothing’ approach. I want to help you find, and appreciate, the small things that can make a big difference to your day.
I have a background working with both adults and young people, in the education and charity sectors and hold a current DBS. I also home educate two children, one of whom is neurodiverse, as well as having my own health conditions. I therefore believe that wellbeing is about meeting yourself with compassion and creating habits and routines that support you and help you feel able to manage whatever life may throw your way.
I believe that we are all perfect, just the way we are and we all have the right to feel good about ourselves and live in a way which fulfils us. I also strongly believe in the power of nature to support our wellbeing and aim to be outdoors for sessions. Being in nature helps us slow down, breathe more deeply, and listen and connect to ourselves more deeply.
Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, looking to bring more balance into your life, or want to feel more like you, I’m here to walk alongside you — with gentle support, practical tools, and a space that’s free of judgment and diet culture.
If you're curious about working together, feel free to reach out for an informal chat — no pressure, just a friendly conversation to see if it feels like the right fit.
